It’s simple really, Tartan Twist is a unique, Edinburgh-based jewellery company specialising in Scottish designs. Tartan Twist sell to customers from all over the world and over the years have built up a loyal customer base through their attention to detail and excellent customer services.
What we did for them
Crush produced an eCommerce website that has a two-step checkout process, flexibility over product display, fully manageable through an easy to use Content Management System (CMS).
Both wholesale and retail options
Crush also provided Tartan Twist with both wholesale and retail options for the site so trade members could purchase their products at a discounted rate and in bulk numbers.
Tartan Twist also has full control over marketing options within the site, such as gift certificates and discount codes. These key marketing tools are integrated with an email marketing template that Tartan Twist manage and send out using Crush’s own email marketing tool, Mail Interactive.
How the case continued
Crush provided a fully comprehensive online marketing strategy for Tartan Twist. This includes monthly Search Engine Marketing (SEM), which incorporates Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), link building and our email marketing system that allows them to send monthly newsletters to both retail and trade clients.
